Zofia Dzik joins finQbit advisory board

We welcome Zofia Dzik to our Advisory Board, a visionary leader whose work sits exactly where we believe the future is shaped: between humanity and technology.

Zofia has an exceptional track record in finance and fintech, having pioneered the direct fintech market in CEE and served on supervisory boards of some of the largest financial and publicly listed companies in the region including PKO Bank Polski, InPost, CCC Group and Inter Cars S.A.

She has spent three decades helping major organisations scale responsibly while navigating technological and organisational transformation. Beyond her corporate leadership roles, Zofia has become one of the strongest voices in CEE advocating for ethical innovation, coherent leadership, and sustainable digital transformation. She founded the Humanites Institute – Human & Technology and the Center for Ethics in Technology, long before “responsible AI” and “responsible tech” became global topic.

Zofia is also a Member of the Scientific Council of IDEAS Research Institute, Poland’s leading R&D centre in artificial intelligence and the digital economy. Recognised among the Top 10 Forbes Women “Sustainable Development Leaders 2022”, she is also the laureate of Forbes Polska’s Responsible Capital Award 2023, a recipient of the President of Poland’s “For the Common Good” award, finalist of Grand ESG 2025 and winner of the prestigious Korczak “Leader of Change 2025” award.

As finQbit continues to build quantum-ready technology for global finance, Zofia’s strategic insight, governance experience, and human-centric perspective will play a crucial role in guiding our growth and our impact.

We are pleased to have her with us on this journey!

Quantum technology is powerful. With the right advisors, it can also be responsible.
