Solutions for pricing and risk
Proprietary technology. Defined use cases. Measurable evaluation.
finQbit develops software and algorithms for computationally demanding problems in quantitative finance. We work with financial institutions to evaluate new approaches to derivatives pricing, interest rate modelling and risk simulation, combining financial expertise with advances in classical and quantum computing.
FinQbit™ platform for financial experts
Focus on the financial model, not the quantum circuit.
Our platform is designed for quantitative analysts and risk teams evaluating advanced methods for financial modelling and simulation. It brings finQbit’s proprietary algorithms into a finance-focused environment, allowing your team to explore relevant applications without starting from low-level quantum programming.
The starting point is your modelling challenge: the instruments you work with, the accuracy you require and the computational constraints you face. Together, we identify a suitable scope for evaluating finQbit’s technology against your existing approach.
Areas for evaluation
Derivatives pricing
Evaluate alternative approaches to the valuation of selected derivatives. A pilot can focus on a defined payoff and model, comparing pricing accuracy, numerical behaviour and computational requirements against an agreed reference implementation.
Interest rate modelling
Explore modelling and numerical methods for interest rate products. Assess how a selected approach captures the dynamics relevant to your instruments, with evaluation criteria covering model fit, pricing behaviour and computational requirements.
Risk simulation
Investigate simulation methods for selected pricing and risk calculations, including Monte Carlo-based workflows. Evaluate the relationship between estimation accuracy, scenario complexity and computational effort under clearly defined test conditions.
We agree the models, available functionality and evaluation environment with your team before each engagement.

Applied research & pilot projects
Start with a specific problem. Build evidence for the next decision.
Work with finQbit on a focused pricing, modelling or risk challenge. Our pilot projects combine your team’s domain knowledge with our software, algorithms and research expertise to assess where a new approach could make a meaningful difference.
Each engagement builds on finQbit’s technology and begins with an agreed scope, a relevant benchmark and clear success criteria.
Define the use case
Together, we identify the financial problem, the current method and the constraints that matter. We agree the instruments or scenarios to test, the data required and the criteria for evaluating the results.
Outcome: A defined evaluation scope, reference benchmark and success criteria.
Develop and benchmark
We configure or develop the relevant components for the agreed use case and evaluate their behaviour against the reference approach. The assessment covers the measures that matter for your application, such as accuracy, numerical stability and computational cost.
Outcome: A focused prototype or experiment, with documented methodology, results and limitations.
Plan the next step
We review the findings with your team and identify whether further development or broader evaluation is justified. Where appropriate, we define a path towards continued use of the relevant finQbit components, including the technical requirements for potential integration.
Outcome: A clear recommendation and an agreed scope for any next phase.
Your team receives a technical assessment that explains what was tested, what the results demonstrate and what would be required to move forward.

Why finQbit
Financial modelling expertise
Our team combines experience in derivatives valuation, interest rate modelling and financial risk systems with expertise in quantum computing and software engineering. It includes Prof. Dariusz Gątarek, co-developer of the LIBOR Market Model.
We approach each engagement as a financial modelling problem first, choosing the technology around the application.
Proprietary technology
Our work centres on finQbit’s own software and algorithms. We are building reusable technology for quantitative finance, with individual use cases helping to guide its development and evaluation.
The ambition extends beyond a single research project: a technology foundation that can support a growing range of financial applications.
Evidence-led evaluation
We define success criteria before testing and assess results against relevant benchmarks. We distinguish demonstrated capabilities from research objectives and future hardware potential.
Your team gets a clear view of the results, their limitations and their relevance to the selected use case.
What would you like to model or compute differently?
Tell us about a pricing or risk challenge, the approach you use today and the limitation you would like to address.
We will discuss whether finQbit’s technology is relevant to your use case and what a focused evaluation could involve.
